Best company there is! We didn't know any better at our first house and had Falso recommend a new furnace and a/c unit at almost 20k when our a/c went. I have had very good experiences with using Tri-County heating [now Great Lakes Heating and Air Solutions]. They have come to work on my furnace on two occasions. I have been satisfied both times. The most recent experience my furnace was having an intermittent problem. The technician came ran Diagnostics could not find a specific problem, but did a thorough cleaning of the sensors and the burners. That apparently solved the problem and have not had an issue since. I will be using them again in the future for any issues I may have with my furnace.
